Please review the Tenant Selection Criteria section to ensure you qualify BEFORE you fill out and submit this application.
Provide the requested information and then choose SUBMIT WHEN COMPLETED to send it to us.
Submit picture ID. You must also upload a photo of your valid driver’s license or other government issued photo identification to MapleStar Properties. DO NOT SUBMIT A COPY OF ANY MILITARY ISSUED ID.
If more than one person over 18 years of age will be viewing the property, they must also submit their picture identification. Submit a copy of your government issued picture ID by:
When we receive your questionnaire, we will review your submission. If you qualify, we will contact you to schedule a viewing of the property.
If the unit is currently occupied, for safety and security reasons, we must notify our current tenant to schedule a viewing. We take our tenants’ privacy and security very seriously and therefore must ensure that they know when we will be entering the home with you.
